The staff of IIUSA had a busy June as they traveled the world promoting the EB-5 Program, sharing industries “best practices and building policies and consensus. IIUSA Executive Director Peter D. Joseph presented at forums in Geneva, Switzerland, New York City, Washington, D.C. and Las Vegas, Nevada. There were presentations on Investigation Migration, EB-5 Investments, and Immigration Law.

IIUSA is delivering a message of self-regulation and consensus building to the industry and outside stakeholders. These four events offer the perfect platform to do so ahead of the September 30 “sunset date” for the EB-5 Program. To secure a future for the Program, IIUSA will continue to seek consensus amongst its members to engage in constructive policy discussions with lawmakers. As the EB-5 Program builds over the coming months there will be many legislative discussions surrounding the EB-5 Program.
